Your $39 counts. Upgrade a Snapshot to the full report for $160 within 30 days, using the link in your Snapshot email or on its last page. The credit applies once, to the same address, has no cash value and lapses after 30 days or if the Snapshot is refunded.

What you should know before you order

What a report is

A professional desktop screening of one property address, drawn from extensive research of planning instruments, government mapping and registers. It is a starting point to take to a qualified professional. It is not legal, planning, surveying, financial or valuation advice, and not an approval.

Price and GST

$39.00 for a Snapshot and $199.00 for the full report: the total you pay, with no subscription or account fee. Forge BC Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged or included.

Delivery

In your inbox within 1–2 hours of payment. If our checks hold a report for review we tell you, and if that runs past 5 business days you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

If something is wrong

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply, and nothing in our terms limits them. Tell us at hello@subdivisionchecker.com.au and we will acknowledge within 2 business days.

Using your report

Print it, keep it, and share it with your co-owners, family and advisers. Please don't resell it or present it as your own work. The facts in it are yours to use.

Privacy and emails

We email your report and receipt, and may send one review request. Every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
