Refund Policy
If something is genuinely wrong with a report, Subdivision Checker will work to put it right. This policy does not limit any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
When a refund may apply
A full refund may apply if Subdivision Checker cannot produce a report, produces a report for the wrong property because of its own error, or where there is a major failure with the service.
Snapshots and upgrades
A Subdivision Snapshot is covered by this policy in the same way as the full report. A Snapshot is shorter than the full report by design, and that is not in itself a reason for a refund. If you upgrade a Snapshot, the upgrade is a separate order, and if a Snapshot is refunded its upgrade credit lapses.
