One-off setup: $500. We set up your branding, and two proof reports are included so you can check it.
Minimum term three months, then month to month with 30 days’ notice. Unused reports don’t roll over. Billed by calendar month to your card. All prices in Australian dollars; we are not registered for GST, so no GST is added. Full terms are in the Partner Agreement, shown in full before you sign up.

Does the report mention Subdivision Checker?
No. Each report carries your logo, colours and contact details only. The scope, disclaimer and the source attributions our data licences require stay in every report.
Can I set my own price?
Yes. You decide what to charge your clients, or include the report in your service at no separate charge.
What if I need more reports in a month?
Order as many as you like. Reports beyond your monthly allowance are charged at your plan's per-report rate on your next monthly charge, and the portal tells you before you click.
Can I check the branding before a client sees it?
Yes. Your setup includes two proof reports for properties of your choice, so you can see exactly what your clients will receive.
Which states do you cover?
Every Australian state and territory: WA, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, TAS, ACT and NT.
How does billing work?
Plans follow calendar months and are charged to your card. When you join, you pay the setup fee and the current month, and you get that month's full allowance whatever day you start. Then the plan fee is charged on the 1st of each month.
