Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Forge BC Pty Ltd, trading as Subdivision Checker, collects and uses personal information when you use the website or order a report.
What we collect
This includes your name, email address, property address, address lookup details, payment records and information you send us in an enquiry. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored by Subdivision Checker.
Advertising measurement and visitor statistics
Every page loads the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel, which help us measure whether our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram lead to visits and purchases. Our public pages also load Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through them (clicks, scrolling and the pages viewed) so we can make the site clearer; the address box is masked. None of these is sent your name, email address or the property address. When you order, we save with the order how you reached the website, such as the ad, post or website that sent you. We ask for your email before you pay, to send your report and receipt and, if you start an order but do not finish paying, one reminder about that order. We also count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. The complete policy explains what each receives and how you can limit it.
